    Floral Hall is the oldest fair building in the state of Michigan! The Calhoun County Fairgrounds, in historic Marshall Michigan, is home to Michigan’s oldest fair also.

    The Floral Hall Building has an octagon center rotunda with four rectangular wings branching out in each direction and measures a total of 5,400 square feet.

    Measurements:

    Center Octagon: 40’x40'
    North Wing: 20’x30'
    East Wing: 20’x60'
    South Wing: 20’x40'
    West Wing: 20’x60’

    Total Floral Hall square footage: 5,400 square feet

    The Floral Hall Building is available for rent.

    This unique, historical building has been the focal point for:

    • Canned Fruits & Vegetable Goods Market
    • Needlework Displays & Sales
    • Arts & Craft Shows
    • Photography Gallery

    We also have the historic Old Maple Grove Church available for Wedding Rentals, as well as our Picnic Area and Covered Areas and much more. RV Storage is offered during the winter months in the Helen & Chet Hemmingsen Sheep & Goat Barn.

    The Calhoun County Fairgrounds have rental Facilities & Buildings for almost any event!
